Returning Purchased Items

PromiseShop welcomes returns for any undamaged tools, cables, development boards, and/or programmers. A device is considered “unaffected” if it has never been switched on, programmed, or altered in any way. PromiseShop is unable to accept returns for things that have been programmed, altered, or impacted in any way once electricity has been applied to them. Furthermore, in the case of some items that have been supplied in sealed packaging, the product(s) will not be considered “Unaffected” if the client opens the container or damages it.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the location specified by the buyer, provided that address is within Bangladesh’s political borders and can be reached by any delivery service that is offered. When the things are delivered to the carrier, you will assume the risk of losing everything you have bought or purchased from our website. In order to file a claim for missing or damaged shipments, you must get in touch with us.
